Refund Policy

Term Time

If term time weekly lessons are cancelled by Ace Of Base, for any reason, you will be offered a refund for the lesson.  Notice will be given around 1 hour prior to the start, if not sooner.

There will be no credit issued for non attendance if the lesson goes ahead.

We will have indoor facilities to cover adverse weather conditions. Even if they are not the same size of a tennis court, we will adapt the lessons to work on fitness/ skills and tennis rules of play. When the weather permits, we will move outdoors to resume session.

Holiday Camps

• More than 7 days before a camp: An administration fee per booking will be retained, and the remainder of your payment will be refunded.

• 7 days or less before a camp: We will do our best to fill your place from our waiting list and refund your payment minus the administration fee. Please note that we cannot guarantee this, and if it is not possible to fill the place, no refund can be offered.
